We proudly use barley grown right here on the farm, paired with water from a well that feeds Seven Springs and later the mighty Thames.
Our brewery runs on solar energy and uses wood-chip biofuel to keep things toasty. We believe protecting the environment is as important as crafting a memorable pint.
